Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Standard MOQ varies by product. Stock items support small batch orders, while custom OEM/ODM orders require higher quantities. Please contact our sales team for exact MOQ details for your target parts.
Q2: Can you provide OEM & ODM custom service?
A: Yes. We support custom logo, packaging, part modification and new‑product development for motorcycle spare parts. Share your drawings, samples or specifications, and we will offer a tailored solution.
Q3: Could I get samples before bulk order?
A: Sample orders are available. Sample cost and freight will be charged, and sample fees can be partially refunded upon formal bulk cooperation.
Q4: What is your production lead‑time?
A: In‑stock goods ship within 3‑7 working days. For OEM & custom orders, production lead‑time is normally 25‑45 days based on order volume.
Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer and Western Union. Our standard term is 30% deposit, balance against copy of shipping documents.
Q6: How about shipping and delivery options?
A: We support sea freight, air freight and express delivery. We can quote based on your destination and order weight. You may also assign your own forwarder.
Q7: What is your warranty policy?
A: We provide quality warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper installation, wrong operation or wear‑and‑tear is not covered under warranty.
Q8: Can you supply product specification sheets & technical documents?
A: Sure. We can provide spec sheets, product images and related technical files for qualified business partners.
Q9: Do you supply certificates or business documents?
A: Yes. We can provide relative business documents upon request for your import clearance.
